The Long Tone
A small brass altar bell with the flower of life, the green heart crystal candle, palo santo and a blue lotus holder made for it. Ten minutes, one sound, nothing else.
How the ritual goes
- I
Light the candle. Sit so that you can see the flame without moving your head.

Ring the bell once. Listen until you cannot hear it any more.
- III
Do it nine more times. Then light the palo santo and let it end in the lotus holder.
