On the new moon, warm the foot of one mini candle with a match and set it in a drop of its own wax on the plate. Light it and one stick of incense.

Draw a card. Let it suggest the wish, then write the wish in your own words.
- III
Let the candle burn down, about 90 minutes. Stay close and never leave it alone. One candle, one page, every new moon.
✕ Matches and a candle snuffer are not included.
