A milky white wand, pointed at one end, that glows softly when a candle burns beside it. Lay it along the front of your altar, or hold it while you go through the seven chakras in your mind, from root to crown. The seven chakras with their rainbow colours come from Indian yoga traditions as reinterpreted in the West in the 20th century; selenite is named after Selene, the moon. It is soft gypsum and dissolves in water, so keep it dry.
