Milky white gypsum shaped into a heart, 7 to 8 cm, with a mandala engraved on its face. Hold it in your palm while the candle burns beside you, and watch how the soft stone seems to glow. Selenite is named after Selene, the moon, and mandala is the Sanskrit word for circle. It dissolves in water, so keep it dry and wipe it only with a soft cloth.
