A morning ritual you can hold: a clear quartz roller with a large stone for cheeks and forehead and a small one for around the eyes. Roll from the chin up and out, and from the middle of the forehead outwards, slowly, with a cool stone and a quiet minute. Its Greek name krystallos means ice: Pliny believed clear quartz was water frozen so hard it could never thaw again. Every stone is natural, so colour and markings vary.
