Rydal is the village in the Lake District where William Wordsworth lived, and this candle smells of old woodland, mossy stone walls and walks by the water: bergamot and orange, then violet and rose, then patchouli and sandalwood. Dried flowers are set into the soy wax and show through the clear glass. The gift box is illustrated with hand-drawn Rydal and carries a short poem, a candle for evenings with a book. 350 g of wax, around 70 hours of burn time; never leave it burning unattended.
