We deliver to 25 countries of the European Union. Every parcel leaves our partner warehouse in Slovakia (AW Dropship Europe). Because shipping takes place within the EU, there are no customs duties or import charges.

All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT. Delivery time starts on the day after payment is received and counts working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Split deliveries
Sometimes an order travels in two parcels. This costs you nothing extra. You will receive an email with a tracking link for each parcel.
Invoice
There is no paper invoice in the parcel. You will receive your invoice by email.
Damaged or incomplete?
Candles and stones travel a long way. If anything arrives damaged or a piece is missing, please send us a photo, ideally within 3 working days of delivery, to info@embertine.com or reply to your shipping email. That way we can send a replacement quickly. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Countries outside the EU
We currently do not deliver outside the European Union.
