Your Order: What Arrives, When, and How to Return It
Your ritual arrives in 3-5 working days, sent from our partner's warehouse in the EU, with a tracking link by email as soon as it is on its way. Inside are the pieces of your ritual, each made by its maker and chosen by us. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo within 3 days and we replace it or refund you. You can return anything within 14 days, no reason needed.

What is in a ritual box
A ritual is three or four pieces that belong together: a candle, something for smoke or sound, a stone or a notebook, sometimes a cloth or a holder. Each piece comes from its maker, and we name them on the product page, because we are curators, not makers. Their label and safety notes stay on every piece. The three steps of the ritual are on its page, so you can open them on your phone on the evening itself.
Stones are natural pieces. Colour, shape and size vary from the photo, and that is part of their story.
When it arrives
- Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day can leave the same day.
- You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
- Shipping costs €4.90 to Germany and Austria, €6.95 for orders under €15, and is free from €49.
- For now we ship to Germany only. Austria and the rest of the EU will follow. Write to us if you would like to know when.
If it comes in two parcels
Sometimes pieces are packed separately, so one order can arrive as two parcels. Each has its own tracking link. If something is still missing after both have arrived, write to us.
If your parcel has not arrived
Check the tracking link first. If nothing has moved after 7 working days, write to us with your order number and we will look into it with the courier.
If something arrived broken or wrong
We are sorry. Send us a photo within 3 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send broken glass back.
How to return something
You can return anything within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button at the bottom of every page. We send you the return address and refund you within 14 days.
If it is a gift
Choose "This is a gift" in your bag. Your message goes to the recipient as a digital card, and there are no prices in the parcel. Our gift boxes and jute bags come alongside your order, so you can pack the gift yourself. We do not wrap it for you.
Before the first evening
- Read the maker's safety notes on each piece.
- On the first evening, let the candle burn for 2-3 hours until the wax pool reaches the edge. Trim the wick to about 5 mm, woodwicks to 3 mm.
- Burn incense, sage and resin only on a heat-proof dish, with a window open, away from sleeping people, babies and pets.
- Never leave a flame alone.
